SRINAGAR : An Indian Air Force (IAF) aircraft on a routine training mission crashed near Tambaram in Chennai on Friday, with the pilot ejecting safely, The Tribune reported. Follow Us On G -N e w s | Whatsapp

The aircraft, a Pilatus PC-7, went down at around 2 pm, an official told PTI. A Court of Inquiry has been ordered to determine the cause of the crash, the official release added.

Authorities confirmed there were no casualties on the ground and said the investigation is ongoing.
