Nov. 13 meeting

ACTION: Held a public hearing for a nuisance violation at a property located at 8659 Glennridge Ave. NW.

DISCUSSION : No residents spoke at the hearing. The township’s zoning department said there has been an older, inoperable RV parked on the property with the grass grown up around it.

After the zoning department sent two letters and a certified letter to the homeowner without receiving a reply, the trustees voted to send the homeowner a letter stating they have 14 days to remove the RV from the property. If it is not removed within the designated time frame, the township will remove the RV and charge the homeowner for the expense.

Approved closing two park roads, Fisher Road and South Park Drive NW, also known by residents
