A former Strictly Come Dancing star has said it'll be a 'tough week' for the remaining couples in the competition as they go head-to-head for a part in this year's Blackpool special.

When the hit dance show returns this Saturday night (November 15), it'll mark week eight of the competition, with eight celebrities and their professional partners remaining in the competition.

The couples will be performing a string of new routines - which include a Jive to Sound of the Underground by Girls Aloud and a Rumba to Lily Allen's cover of Somewhere Only We Know, originall by Keane.

But there will likely be added pressure, as only seven of the remaining couples will make it through to the annual Blakcpool special, which takes place live in the iconic Tower Ballroom each year.
