A 19-year-old, who was arrested twice on Thursday, is facing several charges after an incident at a tow yard in Boston's Charlestown neighborhood injured two employees.
State police say they responded Thursday night alongside Boston and Medford officers to the tow yard and learned that a suspect who they had arrested earlier in the day for operating with a suspended license had attempted to retrieve his vehicle.

When the tow company refused to release the suspect's car, he allegedly attempted to drive the vehicle off the lot, striking and injuring two employees in their 50s before fleeing the scene, police say.
