Kolkata Knight Riders announced Tim Southee as their new bowling coach for IPL 2026, thereby strengthening their backroom staff with one of cricket’s most accomplished fast bowlers.
Southee retired from international cricket in 2025 after a stellar career spanning more than 15 years. Moreover, he represented New Zealand in 107 Tests, 161 ODIs, and 126 T20 Internationals, claiming 776 wickets across formats.
