The House Oversight Committee released a trove of around 20,000 pages of documents Wednesday as part of its ongoing investigation into Jeffrey Epstein, and among the files is a bizarre video involving a dog and a doll bearing the likeness of President Donald Trump.

At just 19 seconds long, the video shows a small dog that appears to be a Miniature Pinscher chewing on a doll resembling Trump, with what appears to be a man and woman speaking a foreign language in the background. A doll resembling Hillary Clinton also rests next to the dog.

The video appears to have been shot on June 29, 2017 according to the video’s metadata, though additional data like location or the device used to capture the video appears to have been stripped from the file. The dolls in the video appear to be manufactured by a company known as Fuzzo, which sells dog toys.

Attention on Epstein has resurfaced during Trump’s second term, partly because he pledged to declassify Epstein files on the campaign trail, only for his Justice Department to abruptly end its investigation a few months into his second term.

Around the time the video was shot, Epstein was nearly a decade past his first criminal conviction, having served 18 months in prison after pleading guilty to one count of prostitution. His sentence has been described as “completely unprecedented” by critics, however, given that the FBI had identified at least 40 potential minor victims, and that Epstein was allowed to leave prison on work release for up to 12 hours a day.

Alexander Acosta, the federal prosecutor who granted Epstein the generous plea deal, reportedly said that he was told Epstein had “belonged to intelligence,” that the matter was “above his paygrade,” and that he should “leave it alone.” Recent reporting would support the idea that Epstein at the very least maintained connections with intelligence agencies, with Epstein having helped broker several international agreements to the benefit of Israel.

More and more details have been unearthed about Trump’s past relationship with Epstein, who once called Trump his “

closest friend for 10 years

,” including a recent revelation that suggests Trump may have “

spent hours

” with one of Epstein’s victims at his home. It’s also confirmed that Trump had flown on Epstein’s private jet at least seven times in the 1990s, with allegations existing that “

underaged sex parties

” have been held on the jet.
