Gujarat launches online portal for data-driven power planning November 14, 2025

Gandhinagar: Energy Minister Rushikeshbhai Patel today launched a web portal for the power department, Urja Samvardhanam. This portal will store comprehensive data, from power generation to consumer-level power consumption and is expected to play a key role in implementing future policies and plans, an official release said.

While launching the Vij Samvardhanam portal, the Minister said, “The state government is focusing on long-term development and effectively utilizing technology for future planning. The Vij Samvardhanam portal will contribute significantly to this effort.”
