The Mississippi Animal Rescue League will hold a pet adoption event Saturday, Nov. 15, at PetSmart, 198 Promenade Blvd., Flowood, from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Organizers encourage families to stop by, meet adoptable dogs and cats, and learn about MARL’s adoption process.

Photos of the pets expected at the event will be posted late Friday afternoon, MARL said.

Community members are asked to share the announcement and help spread the word.
