The former CEO of Famous Dave’s BBQ told the Philadelphia Inquirer this week he wants to buy a handful of former Iron Hill Brewery locations, including one in Derry Township.

Jeff Crivello, CEO of Ciao Hospitality, received a court order to acquire 10 of the closed restaurants, which he plans to reopen as Iron Hills or other restaurant concepts.

Crivello’s $12 million credit bid was approved in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in New Jersey.

Along with the Derry Township location, Crivello is negotiating with landlords to take over the restaurants in Center City Philadelphia, Huntingdon Valley, Newtown, West Chester, Wilmington, Lancaster, Rehoboth Beach and two locations in South Carolina, according to the Inquirer.
