A Brazilian nutritionist and bodybuilder influencer has died after plunging from her apartment building roof, cops said.

Diana Arêas, 39, was found dead in the common area of her complex in Campos, north of Rio de Janeiro, on Thursday, local outlet J3News reported .

The influencer, who boasted 200,000 followers on Instagram, was hospitalized earlier in the day after first responders were called to her apartment and found her with lacerations all over her body.

Arêas was treated in the hospital but checked out without clearance from doctors, authorities said.

Reports came in just hours later that her body had been found, according to cops.

Police have released few details about the circumstances surrounding her death, saying they are still investigating.
