St. Paul police are searching for a driver wanted in connection with a Thursday hit-and-run that left a pedestrian dead.
According to the St. Paul Police Department, the collision was reported at around 5:15 p.m. at the intersection of St. Anthony Avenue and Aldine Street.
A driver had reportedly hit a woman before fleeing the scene, leaving the woman with serious injuries.
The woman was taken to the hospital, where she later died.
In a Thursday social media post, the department said it is actively searching for the driver and vehicle involved.
