There is no link between four stabbings in Birmingham city centre, police have confirmed.

Three 17-year-old boys and, tragically, Katie Fox were stabbed in separate incidents in the space of just five weeks between October and November.

Ms Fox, 34, was fatally stabbed at a bus stop in Smallbrook Queensway shortly after 9pm on Friday, November 7.

Djeison Rafael, 21, has been charged with her murder. He's expected to stand trial at Birmingham Crown Court on May 5 next year.
