The Nevada Supreme Court on Thursday revived the state’s criminal case against six Republicans who signed certificates falsely asserting that Donald Trump had won Nevada’s six electoral votes in the 2020 presidential election.
The unanimous decision reverses a Clark County judge’s dismissal of the indictment and allows prosecutors to move forward in Las Vegas.
