Scott Kelly's resume went viral at a Jonas Brothers concert earlier this week. Jimmy Fallon brought him on the show and had him meet the band.

An upstate New York man who went viral after someone filmed a stranger reading his resume at a Jonas Brothers concert made it all the way to national TV this week.

Scott Kelly, a father of two, joined the Jonas Brothers on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" on Thursday, Nov. 13, after the TikTok video featuring his resume topped nearly 50 million views.

Scott Kelly joins the Jonas Brothers' interview on the Tonight Show to talk about his resume going viral at a Jonas Brothers concert and reveals whether or not he landed the job.

Kelly was brought out as a surprise guest as Nick, Kevin, and Joe Jonas reacted in real time. Joe confirmed the match immediately, saying, “I know this is Scott Kelly because I saw his LinkedIn.”

Kelly told Fallon the past few days had been surreal.

“It’s been an interesting week,” he said.

Kelly went on to explain he was in class for an MBA program he's completing when his friend told him: "You're going viral on TikTok."

Kelly was in disbelief; he didn't even have a TikTok. That's when his friend sent him a blurry screenshot of the video, asking if it was his resume.

Eventually, Kelly downloaded TikTok to see the original video: “Yeah, that’s me.”

As the story spread, Kelly said the man reviewing his resume in the viral clip reached out to him, and he happened to have him saved in his contacts because they once served in the same infantry battalion at Fort Drum.

The message came in on Veterans Day.

Kelly said that guy, named Brandon, goes out of his way to hire veteran talent for his company to make the transition to civilian life easier.

Kelly added the two plan on reconnecting — and the man will appear on Kelly’s podcast to talk about how veterans can support each other.

Fallon asked the obvious follow-up: did Kelly get the job? Kelly explained he never applied for one. He also admitted he wasn’t familiar with the band before all this.

“I had never heard of you before this,” he told them, adding, “My wife had to tell me. I didn’t have Disney Channel growing up. I’m a huge fan now, love you guys.”

And in true late-night fashion, Fallon took the joke one step further: he created a giant QR code linking directly to Scott Kelly’s LinkedIn — boosting the already sky-high interest in the newly famous MBA student.
