A former Strictly Come Dancing winner has said they are 'bricking it' as they shared their first reaction to news they're set to return to the ballroom.

The hit dance show is set to pull out all the stops ias the juggernaut returns to Blackpool for its yearly special, which will see the remaining couples perform in the iconic Tower Ballroom.

The annual jaunt to the seaside town is a staple in Strictly's calender and is often a milestone to reach for the contestants taking part in the BBC One dance contest each year.

While we won't know until Sunday's (November 16) week eight results show which seven couples will be taking part this year, Strictly has confirmed a number of other details about its Blackpool special, set to air on Saturday, November 22.
