On Nov. 7, jurors in the Eighth Judicial District Court in Las Vegas, before Judge Tara Clark Newberry, decided that plaintiff Allie Mead had not shown that GM and the lap belt in the Chevrolet pickup truck she was riding in as a passenger, were responsible for the injuries she suffered when that truck crashed in August 2018.
