Sullivan ambulance crash
The crash involved the ambulance and another vehicle and happened on Illinois Route 121, about 300 feet east of Moultrie County Road 1600E.
Two EMTs were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries and were later released.
SFPD said there was no one inside the other vehicle.
The crew was returning to quarters after transporting someone to the hospital.
The ambulance was destroyed by the fire and is considered a total loss.
The Moultrie County Sheriff's Office completed the investigation and report.
