BROADVIEW - Protesters clashed with federal agents outside the Broadview ICE processing facility Friday morning, leading to several arrests, captured on camera.

The confrontation came the same day a federal judge ordered the release of 13 detainees and said hundreds more could be allowed to serve their detention under home confinement.
