Heather Gay estimates that she’s undergone $200,000 worth of cosmetic surgery over the years.

The “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” star, 51, broke down every procedure — and called them “worth every penny” — in an interview with Bustle , published on Wednesday.

“As soon as I had the money and the time, I thought: ‘I am going to try to profit from every single thing that’s available to me. I can afford it, and it’s part of my job now to look good,” she explained. “I always said that I’d be so much cuter if I were richer.”

Gay confirmed, “I’m richer now — and I’m so much cuter because of it.”

In addition to quarterly Botox and twice-yearly lip filler, facials and laser hair removal, she gets collagen-stimulating treatments, which cost $4,000 per session.
