PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A man has been arrested after two women were stabbed at a day care in Philadelphia's Germantown section last week.

Police say 35-year-old Eric Ferguson, from Brooklyn, New York, was arrested on Thursday in the 5200 block of Wayne Avenue.
The stabbing happened at 10:30 a.m. last Wednesday in the 5700 block of Germantown Avenue.
Police say it started as an argument between the suspect and two female workers of Ya-Ya's Place.
The argument escalated and moved inside the daycare. That's when, police say, the man stabbed the two women with a knife.
"It appears the individual chased the victims inside and stabbed them inside," said Captain John Craig from Northwest Detectives.
