Boil water advisory issued for parts of New Orleans East after water main break

The Sewerage & Water Board of New Orleans issued a boil water advisory on Friday morning for portions of New Orleans East.

The areas under the advisory include:

Hayne Boulevard from Lucerne Street to Paris Road

Paris Road from Hayne Boulevard to N I-10 Service Road

N I-10 Service Road from Paris Road to Wright Road

Wright Road from N I-10 Service Road to Hayne Boulevard (Lucerne Street at Hayne Boulevard)

Michoud Boulevard from Six Flags Parkway/Levee to Dwyer Boulevard

Dwyer Boulevard from Michoud Boulevard to Alcee Fortier Boulevard

Alcee Fortier Boulevard from Dwyer Boulevard to Six Flags Parkway
