On Friday at 12:26 p.m. a winter weather advisory was released by the National Weather Service valid from Saturday 4 p.m. until Sunday 1 a.m. for Hamilton, Warren and Fulton counties.
The weather service describes, "Freezing rain expected. Total ice accumulations of a light glaze to around one tenth of an inch."
"Very slippery sidewalks, roads and bridges are possible," explains the weather service. "Slow down and use caution while traveling. Prepare for possible power outages."
