New Delhi, Nov 14: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will travel to Gujarat on 15 November, where he is scheduled to inspect construction work at the Bullet Train Station in Surat around 10 am.

The visit forms part of a review of the Mumbai–Ahmedabad High-Speed Rail Corridor (MAHSR), one of India’s largest infrastructure ventures and the country’s first foray into high-speed rail.

The 508-km corridor runs 352 km through Gujarat and Dadra & Nagar Haveli and 156 km through Maharashtra, linking key cities such as Sabarmati, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat, Vapi, Thane and Mumbai.
