GEORGE COUNTY, Miss. (WLOX) - A Lucedale man was arrested on a charge of possession of child pornography.

Deputies with the George County Sheriff’s Department arrested Andrew Daily, 26, on November 13.

The case opened after a report was made against Daily, according to authorities. Officials said they then went through data on electronic devices, which led to probable cause for Daily’s arrest.

The case was investigated by the George County Sheriff’s Department and the Mississippi Attorney General’s Office.

“These cases are complex and require extensive forensic work to ensure every detail is handled correctly,” said Sheriff Mitchell Mixon.
