It is hard to believe the first Christmas tree lighting in the Birmingham metro area begins Friday, Nov. 14 in Mountain Brook.

1. Lane Parke “All is Bright” Christmas Tree Lighting in Mountain Brook Village

Lane Parke is hosting their annual tree lighting event between 6-8PM. There will be children activities, pop-ups and visit by Santa at 7:30PM. • When: Friday, Nov. 14 from 6-8PM (tree lighting is at 7:30) • Where: Corner of Jemison Lane and Rele Street
