A widely sold children’s toy has been recalled after federal regulators warned that part of the product can reach the back of a child’s throat and create a dangerous choking risk, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) warned .

Mobi Games, Inc., a Canadian company, is recalling about 117,500 Zippee Activity Toys sold in the U.S., along with an additional 25,786 distributed in Canada, CPSC said.

The company said it has received one report of a child gagging and vomiting after the toy entered the child’s mouth. The child was hospitalized and later released.
