Brazilian nutritionist, bodybuilder , and fitness influencer Diana Arêas has tragically died at the age of 39 . News of her passing was reported by multiple news outlets on Nov. 14, 2025.

Arêas was a rising star in the fitness community , having accrued more than 201,000 Instagram followers. Her body was found by authorities in Campos, north of Rio de Janeiro, on Thursday, according to the local outlet J3News.

Hours before her death, first responders were dispatched to her apartment and she was hospitalized. Medical personnel discovered lacerations all over her body .
