LUMBERTON — The Public Schools of Robeson County is proud to announce that Windy Dorsey-Carr, assistant superintendent of curriculum, instruction, and accountability, will be featured as a panelist in an upcoming national discussion hosted by the Relay Graduate School of Education on Nov. 19.
The event, titled “The Positive Outliers: Strategic Leadership Habits Driving Unprecedented Improvements in NYC and North Carolina,” will highlight how education leaders from across the country are transforming instructional outcomes and fostering leader growth in their districts.
