We’re just two weeks away from Thanksgiving, when Americans across the country will be traveling to spend time with family. And if you’re the technically minded one of your family (you are reading a smartphone blog, to be fair), there’s a fair chance that at some point you’re going to be pulled aside and asked to help troubleshoot something or other.
