MEDINA, Ohio -- Preparing students for life after high school graduation has long been a priority for educators in the Medina City School District.

During a Nov. 13 Board of Education meeting, administrators discussed some of the strategies being implemented to promote career readiness for students.

Assistant Director of Instruction Sarah Jackson said that in many conversations with stakeholders, a main priority has been to make sure students have a sense of direction when they graduate from Medina High School.

“With our latest strategic plan, that has been a topic at the forefront,” she said.
