(Gray News) - President Donald Trump said he will have the Department of Justice investigate Jeffrey Epstein’s possible relationship with former President Bill Clinton and several other high-profile figures.

Trump made the announcement Friday morning on Truth Social. In the post, Trump claimed Democrats are using what he called the “Epstein Hoax” to deflect from “their disastrous SHUTDOWN, and all their other failures.”

He said that in response, he will have Attorney General Pam Bondi, the Department of Justice and the FBI investigate Epstein’s involvement with Clinton, Larry Summers, Reid Hoffman, J.P. Morgan, and Chase, as well as several other “people and institutions.”
