13-year-old remains missing from Rockcastle County a month later

ROCKCASTLE COUNTY, Ky. – It’s four weeks later, and a search continues for a missing Kentucky teen.

Thirteen-year-old Wynter Wagoner was last seen in the Orlando area of Rockcastle County on Oct. 14 around 6:15 p.m., according to the Rockcastle County Sheriff’s Office.

Authorities say Wagoner is described as 5 feet 1 inch tall and 147 pounds with long, brown hair, blue eyes and piercings in her ears and right nostril.
