CINCINNATI (WXIX) - Four Cincinnati Public Schools employees are on paid administrative leave after social media posts showed a 6-year-old tied up in a transport vehicle.
FOX19 NOW obtained personnel records of the four people reportedly involved in the incident where the boy’s hands and feet were found tied together with a pair of socks.
Since the four employees are not charged at this time, FOX19 NOW is not identifying them.
The records do not indicate any negative feedback previously reported for any of the four.

The 6-year-old’s father tells FOX19 NOW that one of the four people involved is the boy’s grandmother.
CPS says it has no further comment as the investigation continues.
