An incident in which a man grabbed a 16-year-old girl while in Canby Park on Nov. 12, then exposed himself, is under investigation by New Castle County police.

The teen was walking on a Canby Park path near Cleland Course about 4 p.m. when a man came out of the wooded area and grabbed her, police said.
