CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- A Black Civil War soldier and local politician is set to be honored with a historical marker.
The Virginia Department of Historic Resources and the John L. Nau III Center for Civil War History will unveil a marker honoring James T. S. Taylor at 11 a.m. at the 1st Street South entrance to Oakwood Cemetery in Charlottesville on November 21.
