A dog held up traffic during rush hour as it wandered along the inside of a busy Boston tunnel.

On Thursday, Nov. 6, the Massachusetts Department of Transportation shared surveillance footage from inside the Ted Williams Tunnel, which shows a black-and-white dog ambling between lanes clogged with cars.
