Dubai-based real estate developer Danube Properties revealed its new commercial tower named after Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan. The project, called Shahrukhz by Danube, was launched in the presence of the actor and group founder Rizwan Sajan. At the event, the actor said he felt proud and joked that he would one day show the tower to his children, saying his name is on it. Khan also shared that he had personally reviewed the project details and is impressed with the design.

The 55-storey tower is planned to be completed in June 2029 with modern workspaces and useful facilities for individuals looking to grow their careers in the city. He added that the tower is planned to be affordable for young professionals and can help many people start their journey in the UAE city.
