TEMPE, Ariz. - The No. 19 Gonzaga Bulldogs pulled away late to beat the Arizona State Sun Devils, 77-65.
Graham Ike again led the Zags in scoring with 20, including a thunderous dunk of the year candidate to close the first half. Ike's 34 minutes tonight is the most by any Zags player so far this season.
Tyon Grant-Foster lit up the first half like former Sun Devil Adam Miller did in the second; the two combined for 24 points.
Gonzaga also broke their losing streak in their black alternate uniforms, as they dropped the West Virginia and UCLA games last season in the alts.
The Zags return to the McCarthey Athletic Center this Monday against the Southern Utah Thunderbirds at 6:00 p.m.
