PM Modi visits Surat; reviews progress of Ahmedabad–Mumbai bullet train project November 15, 2025
Surat: Prime Minister Narendra Modi today arrived at Surat International Airport for a day-long visit to his home state of Gujarat. From the airport, he left via helicopter to visit the under-construction Bullet Train Station in the Antroli area. At the site, the Prime Minister reviewed the progress of the station and the entire Mumbai–Ahmedabad High-Speed Rail Corridor (MAHSR) project.
The Bullet Train will run along a 508-kilometre route, covering 352 km in Gujarat and Dadra & Nagar Haveli, and 156 km in Maharashtra.
