After analysing CCTV camera footage linked to Umar Nabi’s 15-minute visit to the Faiz-e-Ilahi Masjid in Central Delhi – only hours before he drove a car that exploded near the Red Fort on November 10 – intelligence agencies have zeroed in on one person walking behind him and entering the mosque after him. The suspect has been detained and is being jointly interrogated by intelligence agencies, sources in the Delhi Police Special Cell said on Saturday.

According to sources, around 50 CCTV cameras were analysed in connection to Umar’s movement before he parked the i20 car at the T 5 parking area near Red Fort at 3.19 pm. In two of the footage, Umar is allegedly seen walking towards the mosque and repeatedly turning back to look at something.
