A Charlotte, North Carolina woman started recording on her cell phone when Customs and Border Patrol agents showed up in her front yard to question two gardeners hanging Christmas lights. One agent tried speaking to the men in Spanish, but they didn’t respond. The agents drove off without any arrests.
