A sharp public outburst by Rohini Acharya, daughter of Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad Yadav, has triggered a fresh political storm within the party, bringing renewed scrutiny on Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Yadav and political aide Rameez Nemat, two figures long rumoured to wield significant influence over Tejashwi Yadav.

“If Sanjay and Rameez’s names are mentioned, they will throw you out of the house, make people insult you, and even hit you with a slipper," Rohini told reporters, shortly after posting a series of allegations on social media.

Her comments have become the latest flashpoint in the factional churn gripping the RJD after its poor performance in the 2025 Bihar Assembly elections.
