After a decade of near misses, Bergen power responds with first section title since ‘16

And all it took was 55 seconds to firmly reestablish Ramapo boys soccer not just as the preeminent Bergen County power, but once again as a state power.

Preziosi intercepted a pass, ran down the right side of the field and was able to get the ball past Randolph goalie Gavin Vichengrad to put No. 16 Ramapo up 1-0 on No. 4 and defending section champs Randolph in the 2025 NJSIAA North 1, Group 3 final just 55 seconds into Saturday’s game.
