Indian batting sensation Vaibhav Sooryavanshi revealed that he scored his century in the Indian Premier League with the bat gifted to him by former Rajasthan Royals skipper Sanju Samson.

Sooryavanshi scored 101 runs against Gujarat Titans in a swashbuckling innings that cemeted the 14-year-old’s status as a certified batting prodigy.

“Generally players carry one kit bat. But I have two. I carry my soft leather things in one. Gloves, pads and helmet. I have the white pads for red ball and blue pads for white ball," the young batter began.

“And in the other one, I carry my bats," he explained.
