India may have lost the first game against South Africa, but the real losers are Test cricket, and Kolkata, which honoured the format with such marvellous crowds. Disgrace, of course, belongs to the BCCI for producing another six-session pitch. This is purely arrogant contempt for Test cricket and ticket-buying fans.
