‌I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! will return to screens tonight ( Sunday November 16) for its 25th series. This year's jungle line up includes Kelly Brook, Ruby Wax, Martin Kemp, Jack Osbourne, Aitch, Alex Scott, Angry Ginge, Eddie Kadi, Shona McGarty and Lisa Riley. ‌

The show hasn't even started yet but many will already be wondering how this year's celebrities will fare in the face of the strict show rules they must follow which will be worlds apart from their luxurious realities. ‌

Researchers from Northern have now revealed the bizarre rules the campers must adhere to during their time on the ITV series, covering everything from the number of pairs of underwear they can bring with them to strict regulations around nicotine.
