The Michigan Wolverines will have an in-state prospect sign in their 2026 class after all, as three-star quarterback Tommy Carr has flipped his commitment from Miami (Ohio), announced on Sunday afternoon.

The 6-foot-3.5, 195-pounder hails from Saline and plays ball at Saline High School. He is the brother of Notre Dame quarterback CJ Carr and the grandson of legendary national championship-winning Michigan head coach Lloyd Carr.

As a senior this season, Carr completed 176-of-254 passes for 2,737 yards, 37 touchdowns and six interceptions. He also ran 49 times for 276 yards and eight scores.
