Turning Point

The Chargers endured a sluggish first half as they trailed 14-6 at the break.

The defense struggled to stop the run, the Bolts run game was spotty and Justin Herbert took too many hits in the pockets.

Even still, the Bolts were down by one score and were poised to make a move in the second half if the defense could get an early stop.

But with the Jaguars holding possession on third-and-12 from the Chargers 44-yard line, Jacksonville hit on a 21-yard pass play for a fresh set of downs.

A few plays later, when it looked like the Bolts had made a stop in the red zone, Elijah Molden was called for defensive pass interference in the end zone on third down.
