TENNESSEE, USA — Crews from the Tennessee Department of Forestry, Union County, and Claiborne County are responding to a 15-20-acre fire in Union County off McLemore Lane.

The fire started in a home around 3 p.m. The home was destroyed, and the fire has spread and turned into a wildfire, according to officials.

As of now, the cause of the fire is unknown.

On the Anderson-Knox County line, a fire has been reported off Interstate 75. Crews are responding at Mile Marker 118 as of 2:34 p.m. The northbound right lane and right shoulder are blocked, according to the Tennessee Department of Transportation .
