Employees at a Livonia mental health facility where a nurse allegedly sexually assaulted at least two patients in 2020 and 2021 knew about the assaults but never reported them to police or the state's licensing board, according to a 2021 police report.

Wilfredo Figueroa-Berrios has been linked to multiple alleged sexual assaults while working as a nurse at the Detroit Medical Center's Sinai-Grace Hospital. He's also been charged with allegedly assaulting a co-worker in a porta-potty earlier this year.
